保羅?費德瑞克?西蒙（Paul Frederic Simon，1941年10月13日－），美國著名流行音樂歌手。並為著名音樂組合西蒙和加芬克爾（Simon & Garfunkel）的一員。西蒙1941年出生於新澤西州的一個猶太家庭。高中時期同亞特?加芬克爾結為好友，兩人經常同台演出。1957年，他們合作的“Hey, Schoolgirl”一曲進入了美國流行音樂排行榜，當時，他們不過還是高中生。高中畢業之後，西蒙進入紐約市立大學皇后學院就讀，並獲得英語文學學士學位，但他的理想還是在搖滾樂上。由於加芬克爾當時就讀於不遠的哥倫比亞大學，所以兩人仍然時有合作。不過西蒙仍然更為喜愛他在這段時間內單獨創作的歌曲。
1964年，哥倫比亞唱片公決定為西蒙和加芬克爾提供一份合同，並簡單的為他們題了個名字：“西蒙和加芬克爾”。日後西蒙曾打趣說這是兩個猶太名字同時出現在流行樂壇的第一次。
兩人的第一張唱片並不能算十分成功，但是其中的一首寂靜之聲（Sound of Silence）在經過使用電吉他、低音鼓等重新配器包裝之後，一舉登上了公告牌流行音樂榜的首名。西蒙本來已經決定去英國單飛，但是這首單曲的成功使他不得不返回美國繼續和加芬克爾的合作，在接下來的幾年中，他們又推出了許多成功的專輯，其中包括著名的單曲“斯卡波羅集市”、“惡水上的大橋”（Bridge Over Trouble Water）等等。1967年，西蒙和加芬克爾又成功地為好萊塢經典名片《畢業生》配樂。70年代之後，西蒙和加芬克爾逐漸單飛，但是兩人偶有合作，也有一些名作。1990年，兩人一同入選美國搖滾樂名人堂。2003年，他們兩人又重新聚首進行了一次巡迴演出，並被格萊美獎授予終身成就獎。他們在羅馬大競技場舉行的演唱會吸引了60萬名觀眾，比保羅?麥卡特尼在同樣場所的演出足足多了10萬觀眾。
